Quake-hit Japanese city in danger of dying

Otsuchi, Japan was devastated by the earthquake. Survivors now have to decide if they will stay and rebuild or start over somewhere else. More than half the city's leaders are dead or missing.  Around 6,000 people are homeless, 504 dead, and 1,048 missing. After the tsunami, a gas explosion erupted and a fire swept through the town, reducing the rubble to charred metal. This disaster has crippled their government and scarred families. They had economic problems before the earthquake. Even with this destruction brought upon them there are still some that have faith that Otsuchi can be rebuilt.
