The point of view shown is more that of the victims' families. It shows how police did ignored previous information which could of stopped a death and caught the murder. The author uses a view quotes rather than just state his opinion on the topic. It can be seen that the audience its geared towards are women, warning them to watch out for this killer.

This article goes deeper than the previous one. Bringing up an Altantic City case 4 years ago and labeling Terry Oleson as possibly being a suspect, even though his lawyer says that he has no connection to this case. The way this is written, not too many statements are made by the author, but more like suggestions of a couple possibilites. When you read this your left to make your own opinion instead of just reading the author's opinion.
